I guess there are only a few more weeks of summer break left… The good news is that I’m getting closer to having my site done.  Here is a preview of the (almost?) final design:

There is a slight chance that I will have it finished when the next school year starts.  I still have to fill in some of the information on a few pages but most of the work will involve creating the galleries of my artwork.  I’ve been working with a program called Jalbum.  For being free, it seems to be pretty cool.  I’ve found a few skins that I like so it shouldn’t take too long.  I guess I still have to photograph some of my work as well, but that might happen later than sooner.

Well, I’m trying to figure out the best way to get images into my posts.  I’ve looked around at some different plugins and things but I’m still not sure which one to use.  So I guess I’ll just use my standard method: trial and error.  So here are some pictures using just the standard Wordpress Post tools. 

My wife and I got to puppy sit for our friends a while ago.  We got to take care of a cute boxer puppy named Millie.  What a good dog!

It was tough to give Millie back when her owners returned from their trip.  Maybe now I can talk my wife into getting a dog in the future….
