Amaco warm brown stoneware. Mostly wheel thrown. Mugs, bowls, jugs, etc.
As you can probably tell by the picture there is a lot of glazing to do in my near future. Something that you might be able to infer: the new outlet that my brother installed didn’t catch on fire or melt like the old one so the first firing after Operation Upgrade was a success. The cord to the kiln got a little warm but I turned the fan on and everything went well. It’s a good thing because my brother (and his wife) are in Beijing getting settled in to their apartment and getting “orientated” to do some teaching.
Well, I better get to work.

Fuzz, You sure are busy. I see some Christmas gifts coming. Glad the electric part is working well. I see some local pottery for sale in the Evenly Bay coffee shop and wondered if you would like to sell your pottery here in Brooklyn. Grandpa is a top notch salesman and can front for you. It is very exciting to have you and Matt so successful in your chosen professions. May God continue to bless you both as Grandpa and I pray for you. Love ya,Grandma.
Fuzzy, I am very glad to hear the plug is working out. The work that I did at you house the the last electrical work I will probably do till we come back to the states. Everything over here is diffrent voltage and I am not sure exactly how everything is run and in our apartment I only see a light blue and green wire used. Maybe by the time that I leave I will figure it out.
